Reporting Fraud

Insurance fraud affects us all.

Insurance fraud costs Americans billions of dollars each year. Not only does fraud cause higher insurance rates, it also raises taxes and inflates the prices of consumer goods.

Help us fight insurance fraud by reporting:

  • Staged auto and slip/fall accidents
  • Inflated property, automobile or injury claims
  • Intentionally set property or automobile fires
  • False theft reports
  • Fake injury claims
  • White collar crimes

If you suspect insurance fraud, contact The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB).
Call 800-TEL-NICB (800-835-6422) or visit www.nicb.org. Your call can remain anonymous.

Or you may contact VacantExpress.com.

Tips can also be reported to your local state insurance department.
